Is it really possible to become self employed with Google Adsense sites?

Is it really possible to become self-employed using Google Adsense sites? I have a ghost/pararnormal site, but want to earn much more. I tried putting up a second site, a horror writers one, but so far am earning hardly anything from that? So am I to deduce from this low earnings level that I would be better picking a subject where keywords are much more profitable? If so, can anybody suggest a good subject? I know loans is a high paying keyword, but the market is very competitive for this.

If you have a very good idea or you are a very good writer you can write your on blog or your own site and gain a lot of visitors you can ad a few ads to your site and gain also money from your traffic.

Theoretically you can become a self employed using Google Adsense, but practically it is not easy to do that.

Yes, however you need to have a lot of traffic coming through your site. Roughly around 5,000 – 10,000 visitors a day will give you a nice little padding in the wallet.
